Aggie Tailgate

Last weekend we met some friends for a good ole Aggie Tailgate for the A&M vs. Army game. Stephanie R and her family put on the FUN tailgate and the Georges and Monzons came with us from Houston.

Friday night we (Georges, Monzons and Stephanie & Tyler) went to midnight yell like good ole ags. It made us feel really old. Then Georges, Monzons and us went to IHOP for an after midnight snack. Stephanie G grandma was very kind to let us 3 couples crash at her gorgeous house! We all stayed up until about 3am talking/hanging out. It was great to chit chat but 8am came WAY TO EARLY!

Saturday morning Stephanie G, Carrie and I went to the tent sale and loaded up with some Aggie goodies. Of course we had to grab a starbucks and go by target while we were out! We went back got ready and left for the game. Jim and I went to the game with Stephanie R & Tyler and Ali & Will. HIGLIGHT OF THE WEEKEND: seeing my best friends and ALI GOT ENGAGED!! We were sooo excited to celebrate with her and hear all about it. The game was kind of boring, but us girls got to catch up. We got to meet Will and get to know him too! After the game we tailgated!! There was TONS of delicious food: fried chicken, all kinds of dips, chips and melt in your mouth desserts. After tailgating, Jim and I went back to Gma's, showered, packed up and met S&T and A&W at buffalo wild wings to watch more football! Finally headed home exhausted!

We had an absolute BLAST! Stephanie R and Rissman's thank you so much for coordinating this event. We enjoyed catching up with our friends. It made me miss Steph and Ali LOTS MORE! Love you girls! Congratulations Ali!
